Rose Hill Westonbirt School - a private preparatory school

Rose Hill Westonbirt* is a private preparatory school for boys and girls aged 3 -13 years, created from the union of two much loved and respected top Gloucestershire co-educational independent prep schools: Querns Westonbirt School and Rose Hill School.

Our exceptional grounds set in 210 acres of Gloucestershire parkland (shared with Westonbirt School, an independent boarding and day school for girls) mean we can offer outstanding facilities and opportunities that are mainly out of reach of less well-endowed schools, giving our pupils every advantage in their educational and personal development.

As well as academic success we place a strong emphasis on sport, music, drama and art, and a wide range of exciting opportunities outside the classroom with clubs and after school programmes. This active, wrap-around approach to care is particularly welcomed by busy or working parents with early drop-off and extended day options.

We hold regular Open Days - the next is on 8th May 2010, but we are always pleased to welcome prospective parents and children to the school, to meet the Head, Neil Shaw, the staff and the pupils at a time to suit you.
