A big well done to our Year 6s who spent the final few weeks of autumn term raising money for Cirencester's Food Bank Appeal.
Pupils held a bake sale, made just one Christmas Card for all their friends (saving 256 Christmas Cards!) and took part in a sponsored Spellathon. With words such as ANTHROPOMORPHISM, even the teachers were left somewhat confused!
A lot of effort was put into the fundraising and the boys and girls were delighted to have made a contribution to such a wonderful appeal. The Food Bank will hand out emergency food parcels to families in Cirencester who need extra help at this time of year.
