IAPS Swimming National Championships
A big well done to Matilda Hall and Ethan Butterfield for qualifying for the South West Regional Championships!
On Saturday Matilda swam through to the final from her heat and came 8th with a time of 15.86s.
Also a PB for 25m free style swimming on whilst suffering with tonsillitis-watch out next year!!
Ethan also swam brilliantly against strong opposition at this high level.
On Sunday Matilda (pictured below) qualified for four events at the South West Regional Championships (100m Backstroke, 200m Backstroke, 100m Breaststroke, 200m Breaststroke) at Tigersharks Level 2 Meet which is taking place at Millfield in June 2011. Winning a Gold medal for 200m Breaststroke - PB of 3:27.44s.
