The U9 Girls Hockey Team is celebrating an amazing winning run since the start of the Autumn term. The squad of 10 girls (aged 8 and 9) remain unbeaten, have scored over 60 goals and have conceded none! Hockey coach, Mary Worsfold said "I am thrilled with the girls' performance this year. We probably have the strongest line up of U9 forwards ever, who all regularly get on the score sheet. Our backs have provided amazingly consistent defence. The results show a fit, well coordinated, enthusiastic and very competitive side. "Headmaster, Neil Shaw said "We place a strong emphasis on sport at Rose Hill Westonbirt and I am delighted to see the children's training and true teamwork gaining them this well deserved success".
