Senior Cricket V Rendcomb
A cricket match on the first games session of term - Who would arrange such a thing! Well the short term necessitated this unfortunate arrangement and the boys attacked the game with a great attitude. We battled well but gave away unnecessary wickets by defending the ball with an upward facing bat instead of directing it into the ground. The bowling was ‘variable’ in quality but everyone had a go which was important. Final score was RHW 204 and Rendcomb 261. Better luck next week boys!
